the breakfast was acceptable..
i had some disappointments . the spa access cost an extra €30 per person daily, a fee i think should be included. finding the room service menu proved difficult, and when i called, staff did not adequately explain the options.

the location is really convenient near the central station. the minibar had everything free, a great perk (i really liked it). the cleaning staff were excellent. i found the service very good.
The sky garden restaurant was always fully booked. I could not get a reservation.

the hotel is right by the train station and also near metros. a tram stop is close by. it makes travel very easy from this place and it is very convenient.

the staff at check in were friendly and helpful. the breakfast was fantastic.
i was pretty bummed there weren't any toiletries in the room. i had to call reception and ask for them. also, i didn't read anywhere about the € 30 charge to have access to the spa.
